Monday Through Friday... All orders placed before 2PM will usually ship out that day. All orders placed after 2PM will usually ship out on the following business day with only Holiday exceptions on shipping. All orders placed after 2PM on Friday will not ship out until the following Monday. We do not ship orders on Holidays or weekends. Holiday ground orders can take longer to ship out.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & holidays will be shipped the next business day.

About Shipping Our Beautiful Gift Baskets

We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. Each gift is hand made, and wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a handmade bow and wrapped with tissue paper before being placed in a box. We then pack your gifts into heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to eliminate shifting during transport. We also put large, red "Fragile" and "Please handle with care" stickers on all our boxes to ensure it isn't mishandled. Our goal is for your gift to arrive looking just as beautiful when it arrives as it did when it left our hands

Please remember cross-country ground shipping can take up to 6 business days to arrive. Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information including an accurate zip code. A phone number is recommended if possible to assist delivery services in promptly delivering your gift.

Sorry we can not deliver to a P.O. Box.

We regret we will have to charge a $20.00 address correction charge if a bad address or zip code is supplied. If an item is returned to us for any reason we regret that we will have to charge a $20.00 bad address/return fee. If you want the item to be re-shipped once it has been returned to us, you will be charged to re-ship it.
